WALK & TALK *CHANGE OF PLANS* in Aachen

Dear Canadians and dear Canadians at heart,

we had originally planned a “Walk & Talk – Cross the borders – Making Friends” on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Drielandenpunt in Vaals close to Aachen at 12 pm. We were so happy about your great feedback. Yesterday – at our last regional team meeting we decided to postpone this idea. The reason being is the weather prediction which announced – especially from Wednesday until Friday – heavy showers for the region of Aachen.

Therefore we will keep this idea on our list for future events, but we hope, that you will join us for our plan B, the „Meet & Greet“ instead.

We will meet at the Ferber Park in Aachen-Burtscheid (accessible with the bus lines 11, 21, 51 and SB63 from the central station – leave at Burtscheid – 5th stop)

When: Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 1 pm

Where exactly: We made a reservation at the Ferbers Parkcafé & Restaurant (Kapellenstraße 51, 52066 Aachen) for 15 persons and were given the confirmation for the so called “Wintergarten” in the restaurant.

It will give us the chance to meet and get to know each other and have a great time. But also it will give us the possibility to gather some ideas for upcoming events.

If you cannot join us at the Ferber Park, please let us know. We only know from two participants who registered via our formular, that they were only interested in the walk.But of course, they are still heartily welcome. Please drop us only a short message.

But as mentioned, due to safety reasons we had to postpone the idea and we hope to offer it again with a new date.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the Ferbers Parkcafe & Restaurant on Saturday, July 29 at 1 pm.
