A TedX speaker and frequent keynote presenter, Colette speaks about shifting corporate culture and moving towards heart-centered leadership. In 2010, she was named one of the Top 50 Emerging Leaders Under 35 in Atlantic Canada (21inc).
In our Webinar, Colette offers a voice to those who find themselves saying: there must be a more civilized way to work than this. Sharing her own personal story about unhealthy beliefs about work and early-life burnout, she will offer real-talk about the lies we tell ourselves about what it takes to be successful in our careers and how both employees and leaders can help break those habits and beliefs for a healthier working future.
